A flexible framework by which to create new work, create new opportunities for West Midlands artist, create new access points for audiences and tackle experimental, ambitious sound based projects across multiple genres & disciplines. It has so far manifested as 3 festivals, but it’s not just a festival. IoN is a constantly changeable structure, the constants being collaboration, experimentation and grass roots action.
